Network Troubleshooting

• Troubleshooting internal network for your organization.
• 9am to 5pm weekdays only
• Hourly rated

• Client need to provide network details to on-site engineer which include login credentials
• This service is not including of hardware change. If required hardware, we will email the recommended hardware replacement
• Troubleshooting such as PC hardware and software troubleshooting. If a software is provided by third party provider, we will coordinate with the vendor, provided the client provides all the necessary details.
• Any issue with the organization's ISP is out of scope. We will only help escalate the issue to the relevant ISP for the further troubleshooting.
